Mr Chin How Sam graduated with a Professional Degree in Financial Engineering from Multimedia University, Malaysia. Mr Chin How Sam joined the banking sector since 2003 and had almost 13 years of experience in the finance and banking industry. He started his career as an Account Manager in Public Bank in 2003 and, subsequently, joined Alliance Bank as a Business Manager in 2006. He joined HSBC Bank as a Commercial Banking Manager in 2007 and then moved on to UOB Bank as a Vice President in 2012. In 2016, he left the banking industry to venture into business. He co-founded Symphony Systems Sdn Bhd and is the Director in charge of the company’s daily operations. The company is mainly involved in calibration services for the semiconductor industry.
With over 10 years of experience delivering IT and Education solutions to APAC countries, Jhin Chan joined MMM Group as COO when the new management team took over. Skilled in partnerships, M&A, and turnarounds, he helped to successfully complete Eduspec Holdings Berhad's regularisation plan. Previously, he boosted sales at Digital Crew Pty Ltd in Australia and navigated through start-ups and turnarounds. Together with the new management team, he has reinitialised MMM Group's business and operations.
Equipped with 10 years of hands-on experience in multiple disciplines, Christopher Tan has since left an impactful impression in the business world, having assisted several notable government-endorsed projects through his proficiency in the following disciplines of project implementation, online entrepreneurship, and diversification strategies.
She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of audit, accounting and taxation.
Nico Wong, General Manager of MMM Group, brings over 10 years of expertise in branding, advertising, marketing, sales, and project consulting. With a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Multimedia University, Nico plays a key role in streamlining MMM's operations and driving its strategic growth. Committed to maintaining high standards, she focuses on enhancing internal processes and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven team culture. Nico’s dedication to operational excellence supports MMM’s objectives and ensures the company adapts seamlessly to industry advancements.
Bridging the gap between marketing and sales appears to be a natural talent for Edmund Lim, who possesses a total of 15 years of experience in the aspect of property marketing. Armed with several key skill set such as product planning, pricing strategy, marketing intelligence, and strategies, he currently serves as MMM Group’s Head of Project & Operations.
Mr Wong has been in the out-of-home media industry for over 28 years. He began his career in 1996 with Seni Jaya as a Business Development Executive, then moved to Mediahouse in 2000 as an Operations Executive. He joined Big Tree Outdoor in 2008, rising from Account Manager to Account Director by 2014. Next, he oversaw Business Development and Project Operations in WOW Media, contributing to the development of one of Klang Valley’s largest OOH digital screens. He was then appointed as the General Manager of Unilink Outdoor since 2021, driving business expansion, asset growth and managing project operations & sales revenue.
In February 2024, Mr. Wong became Head of Sales at MMM Media Sdn Bhd., bringing extensive experience and leadership skills to bring MMM Media to another level.
With 9 years of experience in both mainstream and digital platforms, Jino is a multidisciplinary creative who has worked across different fields of design, including advertising, branding, editorial, art direction, social media and more. His expertise enables him to effectively manage all active accounts and lead the creative team at MMM Group
